Apple has begun production of its flagship iPhone 13 in India at contract manufacturing partner Foxconn’s plant in Chennai, a move that will help Apple expand its presence in the world’s second largest smartphone market and increase its market share to new highs.

Apple stated, “We are pleased to begin manufacturing iPhone 13… right here in India for our local customers.”
