Isha Ambani from Reliance Industries revealed on Monday at the company’s 45th Annual General Meeting that customers will be able to browse and buy groceries and other home goods on WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta.

Along with JioMart, a component of Reliance Industries Ltd.’s Jio Platform, WhatsApp revealed the new feature. Users may now browse products from JioMart and purchase them while still in the app. Previously, WhatsApp allowed users to browse things, but they had to exit the app to complete a transaction.
